Capt. Chris Miller and his Wife, Jessica Reese, are Maryland natives where they have always loved being on the water every available opportunity. Together they boated the eastern shore from Delaware to Virginia in any spare moment and navigated the local waters of the Chesapeake Bay before deciding to follow their dream and move to Florida full Time for all year round coastal boating access and sandbar tours in the Florida Keys.
Capt. Chris has a passion for the water while Jess has a passion for adventure and showing clients a great time. Now in Big Pine, Capt. Chris and Jess operate custom sandbar charters for customers to show them what the Florida Keys water tours are all about. Based in Big Pine Key, FL they realized booking services and booking platforms are taking such a high percentage of commission from Captains. These high commissions cut into Captains’ or tour operators bottom line. Our main goal of creating and developing My Coastal Adventure is to create a custom booking platform that allows guests / customers to book any or all services they desire. Each transaction would be a small percentage compared to what is currently being paid on platforms such as 15-30% per transaction. We strive to maintain our commission rates to be under 10% all in.
We will provide you a custom booking platform connecting you to the customer, for all types of boating excursions in the Florida Keys such as but not limited to sandbar tours, boat tours, snorkeling charters, sunset/dinner cruises, lobster/ fishing charters, real estate tours, land tours, etc.
