What forms of payment do you accept?
We use Stripe as our credit card payment processing vendor. Stripe is simple to use and accepts just about all forms of credit cards for a small fee.
Are there any additional fees? (Fuel, Cleaning, Gratuity, Etc)
The only additional fee would be the tip/ gratuity. The industry standard starts at 20% of the cost of the trip and works its way up based on the level of service provided. Besides that, the customer will pay for the trip in full on the platform and only be expected to tip at the time of service rendered.
Is gratuity for the crew included?
No, gratuity is expected to be paid at the time of service rendered.
Do you require a deposit?
No deposit, however full payment required at time of booking. Gratuity to be paid at time of service rendered.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Our cancellation policy is noted below:
- If the customer cancels within 48 hours of the paid trip, there is no reimbursement to the customer.
- If a customer cancels greater than 48 hours of the paid trip, full reimbursement to the customer.
- If the customer does not show up to the location of service rendered, the customer forfeits money for paid trip.
- If the captain or tour operator cancels for any reason, full reimbursement to the customer who booked trip.
The platform seems to be for the Florida Keys only, is this for other coastal areas as well?
Our goal was to start with the Florida Keys and work our way out to varying coastal communities as we grow. If you have interest in becoming a preferred vendor in any coastal community, we can add you to the platform to start building that database!
