Sea Based Adventures
- Photocopy of USCG Captains License
- Photocopy of Guide Permit/License
- Photocopy NOAA Permits
- Photocopy of Vessel Registration / USCG Documentation
- Photocopy/Acknowledgement of applicable insurance coverage
Land Based Adventures
- Photocopy/Acknowledgement of necessary insurance
